Returns policy Refunds and exchange procedure For beauty products' refunds and exchanges, please email info@respabeauty.com (within 14 days of the date of your order delivery). It is important to note: Beauty products must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once we receive the returned beauty products, we will check thoroughly to make sure they are unused. It may take 10 - 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive to us (or the supplier). We will not refund any additional charges for delivery. Please remember to include your full contact details and address. We can only refund to the original card (or bank account) used to make the original beauty products purchase. We never refund an order placed with us to a different card or bank account. Returns procedure If you have any other reason to return our beauty products, please email info@respabeauty.com with: Your email address. Your order number or eBay Listing Number (if appropriate). A brief description of the issue in your email. Proof of purchase to verify your order. One of our agents will then promptly research your request within 48 hours and give you a returns address. Please note: Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with proof of purchase, all labels and original packaging. Once we receive the returned beauty products, we will check thoroughly to make sure they are unused. It may take 10 - 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive to us (or the supplier). Beauty products can be returned to our salon and exchanged for a credit note.
